And Currently In the middle of opening Monroeville
What is it that you do that makes you a true entrepreneur?
I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart, lemonade stands, grass cutting and selling baseball cards at the wildwood flea market as a kid. I think it’s the thrill of creating something out of nothing and seeing the smiles on people’s faces from what I created. Whether it was a cold glass of lemonade I made, a freshly cut lawn, a baseball card that the customer enjoyed or now a piping hot pizza!!
How long have you had a passion for this?
As you can tell I’ve always had the passion for entrepreneurship. As far as pizza goes, I’ve had the passion for pizza long before I started making them. Pizza day was always a special treat in my house, saved for celebrations. When I started making them at 17 I fell in love with the industry.
How is it that you came across this line of work?
I was working at a car wash when I was a senior in high school and my friend worked at a Pizza Outlet delivering pizzas and told me he made better tips delivering Pizzas then I made washing cars. So I started delivering pizzas, I feel in love with the Team aspect of it and the rest is history!
Do you have employees? If so, how many?
150 and counting, once the 5th store opens we will add another 35+ employees.
How would you describe your most interesting day at your business?
Everyday is different, lately I have been writing my first book The Pizza Equation which will be on Amazon March 1st as a paperback and available on Kindle. I also have been working on building our 5th Store in Monroeville.
Soon you can see what I do on the daily my Vlog is coming soon!!
Do you ever regret the path you’ve taken?
I do not regret it at all. It’s been a journey for sure. A lot of times people think when someone becomes successful or starts having massive results that it happened over night. It did not happen over night. It took years of 90+ hours of work, missing holidays, family functions etc. Holding down five jobs at once for 2+years, always having more than one job. Lots of sacrifices.
How do you market your business? Do you have any favorite marketing tools?
We use direct mail, social media, billboards, radio and TV.
Paid Facebook is my favorite as of right now but times are changing and video is the next wave. Video will be what paid Facebook was 3-4 years ago.
What would your main goal be for the future?
For anyone in Westren PA to drive less than 10 minutes and order a piping hot Caliente Pizza and A cold Craft Beer!
To what do you attribute your success?
God,Patience, persistence, determination, learning, being teachable and never quitting. Writing down your goals. Along with studying the law of attraction and mastering it.
Do you have any advice for the upcoming generations of entrepreneurs?
Read.

Find a good mentor and listen, just listen.
